
Griffins and IceHogs Reschedule Contest in Rockford

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Griffins on Tuesday announced that their game against the Rockford IceHogs at the BMO Harris Bank Center on Saturday, March 2 at 7 p.m. EST has been moved to Friday, March 1 at 8 p.m. EST due to a scheduling conflict at the arena.
Grand Rapids and Rockford, who both qualified for the 2018 Calder Cup Playoffs, will face off 10 times during the 2018-19 season.
Under first-year head coach Ben Simon, the Griffins will begin the 2018-19 campaign with a pair of games at Texas on Oct. 5 and San Antonio on Oct. 6 before returning to Van Andel Arena for Opening Night presented by Huntington Bank on Friday, Oct. 12 against Hershey.
