Grant Vs Higgins In Inglewood Home Opener

Inglewood Cobras News Release
Inglewood, CA. Tomorrow night, Thursday, December 22nd, two former Michigan University superstars, Gary Grant and Sean Higgins, hook up as opposing coaches at the SoCal Legends visit the Inglewood Cobras in the Cobras' home opening game. And it should be an exciting game to watch as the styles of these two coaches are similar having played professionally under NBA coaches Don Nelson and Larry Brown.
As part of the Cobras' community initiative, Inglewood High School is the adopted school for the months of December and January. The Cobras will play in the Inglewood High School gymnasium and provide paid internships to the students and prizes for parental involvement and adult participation. The Cobras will also allow the parent or teach of the month to suit up as the 11th Man on the team.
According to Sean Higgins, "This will be a running gun shoot-out. The Legends are tough. We've put together a strong team also and we want to make a great showing against this highly ranked opponent."
The game will be at Inglewood High School, 730pm, located at 231 South Grevillea Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90301. Tickets are only $10, the best sports and entertainment value in Southern California. Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
