Seattle Sounders News Release

Taylor Graham was named to the USL team of the week for a dominating performance in the backline of a 0-0 draw against Miami FC, and for scoring the equalizing goal in a 1-1 draw against the Puerto Rico Islanders, the United Soccer Leagues announced today.

Today's selection was Graham's second of the season to the Team of the Week.

With Danny Jackson missing from the road trip due to his sister's wedding in England, Graham stepped up as the leader of the backline. The Sounders surrendered only three goals on the trip and just one in the final two games.

In Friday's 1-1 draw in Puerto Rico, Graham grabbed the equalizer in the 74th minute off a cross from Hugo Alcaraz-Cuellar.

The Sounders return home on Saturday to host the Minnesota Thunder at Starfire at 8:00 pm. Don't forget, the Sounders host Juventus Primavera on June 12th at Starfire. Don't miss the Serie A stars of tomorrow, seats are going fast.
