Goaltender Martin Ouellette Recalled by Lehigh Valley

Lehigh Valley, PA - The Lehigh Valley Phantoms, proud AHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, have recalled from loan goaltender Martin Ouellette from the Reading Royals of the ECHL. The transaction comes on the heels of All-Star netminder Anthony Stolarz's recall by Philadelphia on Tuesday.
A 24-year-old goaltender from Saint-Hippolyte, Quebec, Ouellette is in the midst of his second professional campaign and has posted a 10-8-2 overall record in 21 appearances with the Royals to go along with a 2.10 goals-against average and .915 save percentage this season.
In 10 career games with Lehigh Valley, the 6'1", 184-pound netminder has registered a 3-4 mark with a 3.50 goals-against average and .876 save percentage.
In the midst of a season-high five-game winning streak, Lehigh Valley returns to action with road tilts in Bridgeport and Hershey this Friday, February 5 and Saturday, February 6.
