
Gladiators' WR Goodman Named Playmaker of the Week

The AFL announced Cleveland Gladiators wide receiver Dominick Goodman as the J. Lewis Small Playmaker of the Week. He was awarded for his performance in Cleveland's 37-33 loss to Iowa on Friday, June 7th.
Goodman recorded a season and franchise high 18 catches for 131 yards (7.1 avg) and one touchdown in the game. He also returned one kickoff for 11 yards, as well as recovered one missed field goal for 20 yards.
Goodman has notched 95 catches for 767 yards and 13 receiving touchdowns in 10 games so far this season. He has also recorded 33 kick returns for 604 yards. He has carried the ball five times for 13 yards and two rushing touchdowns. Goodman leads the Gladiators in scoring and is second in the AFL in receptions per game (9.5).
