Gladiators win 4 in a row

ROME, GA- The Rome Gladiators defeated the Druid City Dragons on Saturday night at the Winthrop-King Centre on the campus of Shorter College in Rome. Harvey Thomas was back in the lineup and in great form as the Glads leading scorer with 18 points. Rome is now in first place in the WBA Central Division.

Also in double figures for the Gladiators includes: Jack Ingram with 16 points, Ray Cunningham with 12 points and 4 assist, Lamar Castille with 12 points 7 assist, and Trent Eager with 10.

The Gladiators travel to Cleveland on Monday night to take on the Magic.

Rome will be back at home for a four game home stand with games next Friday night at the Winthrop-King Centre at Shorter College then on Saturday night will celebrate "Armed Forces Night" at the Forum in downtown Rome. For more information please contact: Tony Potts (706)766-5924
