Gladiators clinch first round playoff game

ROME, GA- The Rome Gladiators have clinched a first round playoff game! The Rome Gladiators set out from the start of the season to defend their 2005 WBA crown, and thus far have been a wrecking ball in the World Basketball Association.

The Gladiators head into the last week of the season 13-3 with 4 games left. Rome will return home at Shorter College this Thursday night June 22. (Toga night: anyone wearing a Toga will be admitted for free). Then on Saturday night June 24 the Gladiators will end the regular season where the first 50 paid tickets will receive a free Gladiators Championship T-shirt!

The first round of the WBA Playoffs will be Thursday night June 29 and if Rome wins they will play the 2nd round Friday night June 30. Both games will be at the Winthrop-King Centre at Shorter College.
