
Gibson's Finest CFL Players of the Week Named

Toronto, ON - (November 8, 2010) - Travis Lulay, Keon Raymond, Justin Palardy and Spencer Watt were named the Gibson's Finest CFL Players of the Week for week 19, the Canadian Football League announced today.
The four players were chosen by a panel of judges that includes former Canadian Football League players Matt Dunigan and Duane Forde, now of TSN, and Pierre Vercheval of RDS.
Gibson's Finest CFL OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
QB - Travis Lulay - B.C. Lions
B.C. Lions 23 @ Hamilton Tiger-Cats 21
Highlights / Key Stats:
B.C. Lions quarterback Travis Lulay threw for over 400 yards for the first time in his career to lead the B.C. Lions to a 23-21 comeback victory over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and help the Lions clinch a playoff spot for the 14th consecutive season.
Lulay connected on 30 of 41 pass attempts for 424 yards with two touchdowns against one interception. Lulay led the team on three scoring drives in the fourth quarter, all resulting in Lions field goals to rally the team from a seven-point deficit.
Lulay also added 34 yards along the ground on five carries.

DB - Keon Raymond - Calgary Stampeders
Calgary Stampeders 35 @ Winnipeg Blue Bombers 32
Highlights / Key Stats:
Calgary defensive back Keon Raymond was a force defensively on Friday, helping the Stampeders close out the regular season with a 35-32 win over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Raymond had a team high seven tackles to go along with one forced fumble and one quarterback sack to lead the Stampeders' defensive unit.

K - Justin Palardy - Winnipeg Blue Bombers
Calgary Stampeders 35 @ Winnipeg Blue Bombers 32
Highlights / Key Stats:
Winnipeg Blue Bombers kicker Justin Palardy ended his strong rookie season on a high note going a perfect six-for-six on field goal attempts, including a career long 51-yarder in the team's narrow loss to the Calgary Stampeders.
Palardy connected on kicks from 24, 51, 38, 12, 41 and 16 yards out. He also added two extra points in the game.
The Saint Mary's product hit on 86.7% (26/30) of his field goals this season with an impressive average of 33.5 yards per kick.

WR - Spencer Watt - Toronto Argonauts

Highlights / Key Stats:
In a game where both teams rested many of their starters, Toronto Argonauts rookie receiver Spencer Watt stepped into the spotlight, sparking the Argos to a 30-4 victory over Montreal.
Watt, the Argos third round (18th overall) selection in the 2010 Canadian Draft out of Simon Fraser University had a career high 140 yards receiving and two touchdowns on six catches in the win.
The North Vancouver, B.C. native had touchdown receptions of 50 and 34 yards from quarterbacks Cleo Lemon and Dalton Bell.
