
Ghosts Announce Front Office Promotions

Casper- The Casper Ghosts are pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Maxwell to the position of General Manager. He will be replacing Mike Sandler who has taken another position in minor league baseball.
Maxwell will be beginning his fourth season with the club and his seventh season in professional baseball. He spent the last season as the team's Assistant General Manager and Public Address announcer. Maxwell began as a greeter and visiting clubhouse manager with the Lakewood Blue claws before working for the Southwest Michigan Devil Rays and the Birmingham Barons. Maxwell resides in Casper with his wife Ann.
Phil Choler will be promoted to position of Assistant General Manager. Choler will begin his third season with the Ghosts as well as his fourth in baseball. He previously spent one summer interning with the Green bay Bullfrogs of the Northwood's league. Choler will oversee stadium operations, ticketing, as well as the teams food service operations. He is a graduate of Ball State University.
