The Pump Jacks announced Friday the return of Facebook Freebie, with the addition of Tweet for Your Tickets. Connect with the Pump Jacks on social media to win FREE tickets to Opening Day on Tuesday, June 4.
The 2013 TCL season is off and running.
While the Pump Jacks head back to Dallas to take on the Marshals tonight, many fans are more focused on the home opener next Tuesday. And the team wants to make sure all of their friends are at historic Driller Park to cheer on the defending champions... well, all their Facebook and Twitter friends, that is.
The Pump Jacks announced Friday that any fan that "likes" the team's official Facebook page or "follows" the club's Twitter feed can receive up to four free tickets to Opening Night on Tuesday, June 4.
Yes, you heard that right; free tickets and all you have to do is get connected with the Pump Jacks.
Every fan is eligible to receive two tickets for liking the Jacks on Facebook and another two for following the Pump Jacks on Twitter, for a total of up to four free tickets.
All you have to do is follow these simple directions for Facebook: 1. Visit the Pump Jacks on Facebook and click the "Like" button at the top of the page 2. Go to the Facebook Freebie tab and fill out the survey
For Twitter, do the following: 1. Head on over to Twitter and follow the Pump Jacks 2. Send an email with your name, address, phone number, and twitter handle to contest@pumpjacksbaseball.com
For each social media feed you participate in, the Pump Jacks will give you two FREE tickets for Opening Night!
Once confirmed, tickets will be placed in Will Call under the fan's name. Tickets will be available for pick-up on Opening Night at the ticket office at Driller Park. Fans who wish to pick up their tickets earlier may do so at the Pump Jacks office located downtown at 106 North Kilgore Street, suite #201.
Fans who receive tickets also have the option to upgrade to box seats for the opener. Choose to upgrade from Grandstand to Upper Box seats for just $1, or to Lower Box seats - and in-your-seat wait service - for just $3. The ticket giveaway is subject to availability, so fans are encouraged to act quickly. Entrees must be received by the end of the day on Monday, June 3, in order to be eligible to receive free tickets.

The Pump Jacks are focused on getting into the win column tonight, returning to Dallas to do battle with the Texas Marshals. They head to the Woodlands Saturday and Sunday to close out the road trip against the Strykers.
The Pump Jacks open their home schedule next Tuesday, when they welcome the Acadiana Cane Cutters to historic Driller Park. The series with Acadiana concludes on Wednesday.
Thirsty Thursday returns on June 6 when the Jacks welcome the Victoria Generals in a rematch of the 2012 TCL Championship Series. Fans can enjoy 50-cent-soft drinks and one dollar draft beers all night long.
The first Fireworks Friday will take place next week on June 7, presented by Patterson Kilgore and CBS 19. After the game with the Generals, the Pump Jacks will light up the night sky with a spectacular postgame fireworks show, set to a brand new soundtrack.
