
Game Recap: Philadelphia Wings Seize Control of East Division

Philadelphia Wings News Release
The Philadelphia Wings defeated the Toronto Rock 14-8 at the Air Canada Centre Saturday night, to take control of first place in the National Lacrosse Leauge East Division.
Brendan Mundorf set the tone for the Wings and paced the team with five goals, including three in the second half. The Wings led 6-4 at the half and never looked back, seizing control in the third and fourth quarters, and never leading by less than two.
Also performing well for the Wings were Dan Dawson with three goals and seven assists and Kevin Crowley with three goals and five assists.
Goalie Brandon Miller recorded the win and tallied 32 saves on 40 Rock shots and limiting Toronto to four goals per half.
The Philadelphia Wings will be back in action next Saturday against the Edmonton Rush.
