Brookings Blizzard News Release
The Brookings Blizzard and Buffalo Wild Wings have teamed up for a 2013-2014 Season Kick-Off Party on Tuesday, September 24th from 5-8pm at Buffalo Wild Wings. Fans are invited to come meet the 2013-2014 Blizzard team, who will be signing autographs, taking pictures with the fans and promoting their home opener on Friday, September 27th.
Not only will it be the first chance to see the Blizzard team up-close and personal, Buffalo Wild Wings will also be donating 10% of all sales to the Brookings Ice Skating Association and the Brookings Figure Skating Club as part of their 'Eat Wings, Raise Funds' promotion.
During the evening the Blizzard will also be hosting the season's first Blizzard Buzz Coaches Show. The Blizzard Buzz is a weekly wrap-up and preview show, highlighting the Brookings Blizzard and the North American Hockey League.
Season ticket holders can pick up their tickets at the event and fans will have a chance to win tickets to the home opener on September, 27th against the Aberdeen Wings. The Blizzard will also be giving away a number of other prizes including a jersey signed buy the entire 2013-2014 Blizzard squad.
