As you may have heard, in order for the Vermont Frost Heaves to play a 5th season, we need to raise $100,000 by August 1, 2010. While the challenge seems daunting, we believe "we can do this" with help from our fans, local business, and community organizations.
We've created a uniquely Vermont fan-driven and fan-led organization under a non-profit management company called Go Heaves, Inc. Our mission is to:
play serious & competitive basketball in a family-friendly, affordable environment, &
invest year-round staff & financial resources to improve the well-being of our communities.
We've redesigned our business partnership packages. We've created a fan membership program called Starting Line-Ups where fans can purchase various packages valued in excess of the actual dollar amount of their purchase.
$250 Sign up as a Forward - you'll get 1 season ticket, a framed certificate denoting your one year starting line-up membership, an "I'm on the Starting Line-Up" t-shirt, and a 10% discount card from our sponsors and for team merchandise.
$500 Sign up as a Guard - you get all of the above PLUS a 2nd season ticket, an autographed team basketball, an opportunity to reserve a seatback with waiter service, and the opportunity to earn cash commissions on any new season ticketholder you bring to the Heaves.
$800 Sign up as a Center - you'll get all of the above PLUS an opportunity to earn cash commissions for bringing in sponsorships, and opportunities during the season for additional player access.
$1,000 Sign up as a Coach - you'll get all of the above PLUS a 3rd season ticket, input into player recruitment decisions and a personal note from our players.
$1,500 Sign up as a General Manager - you'll get all of the above PLUS a 4th season ticket, the opportunity for you and one guest to ride the team bus to an away game - includes one overnight and all meals, including any scheduled team meals.
Our toughest opponent right now is the calendar - waiting only hurts our chances of success. Vermont fans have a reputation of being the most loyal and dedicated - here's a real opportunity to demonstrate that dedication.
