Frisco Remains No. 1 with Arizona Closing in Week 11 Coaches Poll

Now halfway through the 2021 season, the Indoor Football League presented its Week 10 Coaches Poll. The coaches panel is represented by the 11 head coaches across the league.

The Frisco Fighters kept their win streak alive and their undefeated season after taking down the Duke City Gladiators, 53-48. The Fighters currently have the fifth best offense averaging 44.2 points a game paired with the fourth ranked defense that has held opposing offenses to 39.0 points.

In week 10, the Arizona Rattlers came into their game with the No. 1 ranked offense in the IFL against the Spokane Shock who bolstered the No. 1 ranked defense. The

Rattlers came out on top, 56-35, behind the efforts of quarterback Drew Powell, who threw for two touchdowns and punched in three more on the ground to add to his IFL-leading total (15). Powell rushed for 103 yards, including a 36-yard touchdown run.

Each head coach's ballot includes his ranking of the IFL teams, with first-place votes earning one point, second place two points, and so on to 11 points for 11th-ranked team. The teams are then listed in order, with the team with the fewest points on top.
