BOISE, Idaho - The West Coast Hockey League today announced that Brian Clark of the Fresno Falcons has been named WCHL Broadcaster of the Year.

Clark is in his third season broadcasting for the Falcons and has quickly earned a tremendous amount of respect in WCHL circles.

"Brian Clark has handled himself with the utmost professionalism during his time in the WCHL, " stated Adam Keller, WCHL, Acting Commissioner. "He is very conscientious of taking care of not only the Fresno Falcons media needs, but the needs of visiting WCHL teams and personnel in Fresno."

In addition to his on-air duties, Clark co-produces all broadcasts including selling corporate advertising and assisting in promoting on-air partners. He also coordinates much of the Falcons' public relations efforts in the community, assists in the production and design of the Falcons' media publications, and coordinates game night operations for the Falcons.

"Brian Clark is one of the hardest working and most professional broadcasters that I have worked with in my fourteen years in professional sports, " said Chandar Sports President, John Tull. "He is a tremendous asset to the Falcons and hockey fans in Fresno."

Clark is a 1995 graduate of Dartmouth College, where he received a degree in History. Prior to joining the Falcons he spent time with the Colorado Avalanche Radio Network and was Sports Director at WDCR and WFRD in Hanover, NH.
