
Fresno Heatwave announce second free agent tryout camp

Fresno, CA. Angelia Green, Operations Manager for the ABA's Fresno Heatwave professional basketball team announced today that the second Open Free Agent team tryout will be on September 25 & 26. The 2-day camp will run from 9a.m. to 3p.m each day with a break from noon to 1p.m. "We had such a positive turnout at our first camp as well as we have received several calls requesting a second camp for the team," said Green. "We signed eight players at our first camp and we know there are more out there just waiting to be discovered and to be a part of this awesome team," she continued. "The roster for this team is filling fast and there are still contracts available."
The camp will be held at Liberty High School, 12220 Road 36, Madera CA 93638. Cost of the camp is $125 (Money Order or Cashier Check only) before Setpember 24. Same day registration will be $200. There are limited spots available for this camp. Registration forms can be obtained from the website - www.heatwavelive.com or by calling the team office at 559 225 4328. Coaches Johnny Moore and Ron Brewer will conduct the camp. Make all Money Orders or Cashier's Checks and mail with registration form to: Heatwave Management, Inc., 546 W.
