Looking for a few good fans: the Washington Freedom Supporters Club is forming and is looking for people interested in being part of an organized fan base for Women's Professional Soccer in the nation's capital. Our inaugural meeting will take place at Gordon Biersch, 900 F St., NW, Washington, DC on Tuesday, September 30 at 7 p.m. We'll be discussing how to get organized, share ideas about what we can do for the team and for our fellow fans, and chat with team representatives about their plans and expectations for the coming year. University of Maryland Men's Soccer Showdown
The No. 4 ranked University of Maryland Men's Soccer team would like to invite you to witness an ACC showdown this Friday between the Terps and school rival Duke, and again next Friday, September 26, when the Terps face defending National Champion No. 1 Wake Forest in a WHITE OUT game on national television. Fans are encouraged to wear white! ACC wins at home are important for the Terps, so come out and support MARYLAND SOCCER!
