
Fourth of July game between Colts and Coyotes Rained Out

EDINBURG, Texas - Friday night's scheduled middle game of the three-game series between the visiting San Angelo Colts and the Edinburg Coyotes has been postponed because of rain.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow on Saturday, July 5, with the first game beginning at 6:05 p.m. CT. The teams will play two seven-inning contests to conclude the series, which features the final visit of the regular season to Edinburg for the Colts.
This is the first rain-out of the season for San Angelo, who has played all 49 games as scheduled to this point. After the twin bill tomorrow, the Colts will travel to nearby Harlingen to battle the WhiteWings in a three-game set, beginning at 6:05 p.m. CT on Sunday. Monday's and Tuesday's games both begin at 7:05 p.m. CT.
The Colts return home to Foster Field for a three-game series against Laredo, beginning Wednesday, July 9. Fans coming that night can receive a haircut from Sport Clips in return for a small donation to charity. Game time is 7:05 p.m. CT.
