FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Fort Wayne TinCaps have released their schedule for the 2027 season, with Opening Day set for Friday, April 2 against the Lansing Lugnuts (Athletics affiliate).
"Coming off a historic last homestand where we attracted over 40,000 fans, we are so excited to announce the 2027 schedule," TinCaps President Mike Nutter said. "TinCaps baseball at award-winning Parkview Field is as popular as ever, and we believe the 2027 schedule will be no different. "
The 132-game campaign features 66 home dates with most series going six games from Tuesday-Sunday. In 2027, the 'Caps will be home for Opening Weekend (April 2-5), Jackie Robinson Day (April 15), and Father's Day (June 20).
Fort Wayne will also host the High-A Midwest League affiliates of the Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Guardians, Cincinnati Reds, and Detroit Tigers in 7 of the 12 homestands. Promotions, fireworks nights, and game times will be announced later.
