Former Schuylkill Valley Stand-Out Signs with the '09 Express

Reading Express GM/Head Coach Bernie Nowotarski announced today that he has signed former Schuylkill Valley stand-out Dane Miller.
Dane came to our last work out and did an outstanding job in both the testing session as well as the individual position workout. Dane was a 2nd team All-State Defensive End at Schuylkill Valley under Express Consultant Preston McKnight and was also coached by current Defensive Coordinator Sean McKnight. Dane attended Penn State University where he was a 4 Time All-Big 10 Academic Student as well Dane was part of the Penn State Track team and earned a spot as an All-Big Ten Track Athlete throwing the Shot Put.
"At 6'2" and 265lbs Dane is an exciting Local addition to our camp roster. All of my coaching staff was extremely pleased with his work-out and we look forward to getting him into action at out Training Camp, said Nowotarski."
