Former NFL Baltimore Ravens WR Justin Harper Signs with Force

DULUTH, GA -- The Georgia Force of the Arena Football League is pleased to announce the signing of former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Justin Harper.
A standout at Virginia Tech, the 6-foot-3, 226-pound Harper starred in an offense that also included current NFL receivers Eddie Royal (Denver Broncos) and Josh Morgan (San Francisco). During his four-year career with the Hokies, Harper amassed 83 receptions for 1,338 yards and nine touchdowns.
Harper, 26, was originally a seventh-round pick of the Ravens in the 2008 NFL Draft. He spent the last three years on the Ravens practice squad, and was activated to the active roster for two games during the 2009 season, before being released this past August.
"The addition of Justin really strengthens are already deep and talented group of receivers. He is the complete package, he is big and physical and has all the tools
to be a top AFL receiver," stated Georgia head coach Dean Cokinos.
