
Former Magicians Defenseman Brierley Commits to Union College

The Minnesota Magicians are excited to announce that former Magicians defenseman and current Cedar Rapids Roughrider (USHL) Taylor Brierley has committed to play Division I hockey at Union College of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC).
Brierley, a native of East Grand Forks, Minnesota played the entire 2014-2015 season with the Magicians in addition to the first portion of the 2015-2016 season before being called up to the United States Hockey League (USHL). During his tenure with the Magicians, Brierley established himself as one of the team's most reliable defensemen. In 76 careers NAHL, he registered 1 goal and 11 assists for a total of 12 points. In 28 games with the Roughriders, he has already surpassed his point totals with the Magicians by scoring 2 goals and adding 11 assists for a total of 13 points.
