All the pieces have been put together for the 2009 post season for the Snohomish County Explosion Monroe, Washington - June 29th 2009 -
Devon Greene, Anthony Slater, and Ike Ohanson all have one more weapon for the IBL Playoffs as All-Star Richard Ford returns to the Explosion team today in time for Wednesday's 7:15pm matchup against the BC Titans at home in the first round of the IBL Playoffs.
Richard Ford freed up some time from previous obligation to return to the team that he calls home, The Snohomish County Explosion, in time for the IBL Playoffs. "This brings a good team to a playoff championship caliber team" said General Manager Sean Keck in adding Richard Ford back to the active roster. "This makes us very powerful down low with Ford and Ohanson you got 50 points 30 rebounds per game."
Richard Ford (13G, 25.3pts, 13.7rbd) will be back in the lineup with Ike Ohanson (17G, 18.1pts, 11.1rbd) who was a double-double machine all season long.
The Explosion end the season 9-11 and take second place in the IBL North behind the Bellingham Slam. The Explosion play in the first round of the IBL Playoffs on Wednesday July 1st at 7:15pm.
