Force Back In 2010
September 20, 2009 - American Indoor Football Association (AIFA) - Greenville Force News Release
The Carolina Force Football Organization would like to announce its return for the 2010 Indoor Football Season. "We are excited to be back in Greenville at the Bi-lo Center", explains Andre White, Owner and President of the Carolina Force. "We feel that we have a great nucleus of fans and sponsors who supported us last season; and it gives us a pathway to success in this market for the 2010 season. "
The Force finished the season 7-7, one win shy of the playoffs, after starting the season 0-2. "We were one of the hottest teams in the league towards the end of the season" says Tony Wells, Head Coach and General Manager. "We had a great team on, as well as off the field."
The season gets kicked off with an open tryout camp on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Pittman Park in Greenville S.C. Registration will begin at 7:30 am. The fee for the tryout camp is $ 75.00, and grass shoes are required.
"Eighty percent of our team from last season, were composed of players who attended these tryout camps", says White. "We turn over every stone to discover talent, to help make our organization something Greenville can support and be proud of."
For more tryout information call Tony Wells (864) 250-4935.
