
FM Jets' Donate to Great Plains Food Bank

Fargo (ND) Thanks to the generosity of their fans, the Fargo-Moorhead Jets Junior A Hockey team was able to donate over 100 lbs of non-perishable food items to the Great Plains Food Bank this week. Fans were asked to bring food items at the November 17th and 25th home games, with a $1 ticket discount given to those who donated.
This is the second consecutive season the FM Jets' have held food drives at their November games. In addition, this season FM Jets players will be volunteering at the Great Plains Food Bank once a week throughout December.
The FM Jets are gearing up for a special exhibition game against Team USA at the Carlson Coliseum on Saturday at 8pm.
The FM Jets Junior A Hockey Club is in its fourth season as members of the North American Hockey League. The NAHL is the nation's largest Junior A hockey league and is now in its 31st year of operation. For more information, visit fmjets.com or call (701) 235-2354.
