Flying Tigers vs. Threshers Game Cancelled

Lakeland Flying Tigers News Release

Lakeland, FL - Today's scheduled Florida State League game against the Clearwater Threshers at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium has been cancelled due to inclement weather and wet field conditions. All paid tickets may be exchanged for any 2018 Flying Tigers home game.

The game will not be made up as the two teams do not play each other the remainder of the season. The game was delayed due to rain in the bottom of the 3rd inning with the Threshers leading 5-0 and did not resume. The suspended game from July 28 was completed prior to this game with the Flying Tigers winning 4-2.
