Flying Tigers Return Home Friday for 8-Game Homestand

Lakeland, FL - The Lakeland Flying Tigers return home Friday, Aug. 1 for an eight-game homestand against the Ft. Myers Miracle (Twins) August 1-4 and the Dunedin Blue Jays August 5-8. Tickets for all home games are available by calling the Flying Tigers at (863) 686-8075 or visiting LakelandFlyingTigers.com. Box seats are $6 and reserved seats are $5. Seniors 55 and over, children 14 and under and active military personnel receive a $1.00 discount. Day of game tickets are an additional $1 (excluding Monday's). Monday tickets are $1. Wednesday All-You-Can-Eat tickets are $10 (in advance). Saturday tickets are an additional $1. Parking is FREE.

Bark in the Park Presented by Care Animal Clinic

Instead of leaving your loveable dog at home while you come to the game, bring them with you for our final "Bark in the Park" of the season. Care Animal Clinic will be on hand to greet your loveable dogs, and even give owners chances to win some great raffle prizes throughout the game.

Auburndale Chamber of Commerce Night

The Auburndale Chamber of Commerce presents their inaugural "Auburndale Chamber Night" in conjunction with the Lakeland Flying Tigers baseball game. Business members of the Chamber will be on hand during the game to enhance and market their business to the Flying Tigers fan base.

Kids Weekend/End of Summer Bash

- First 250 kids ages 14 and under will receive a free giveaway item. Items to include Detroit Tigers backpacks, coloring books, lunch bags, binders as well as Flying Tigers pencil sets. Items limited in quantity and available while supplies last.

- One lucky kid will be selected to throw out the first pitch.

- One lucky kid will be selected to bring the Flying Tigers line-up card to home plate.

- One lucky kid will be selected to be the PA Announcer for one inning while the Flying Tigers bat.

- One lucky kid will be selected to say "Play Ball" before the game.

- One lucky kid will be selected to bring the rosin bag to the pitcher's mound before the game.

- All kids will have the opportunity to run the bases following the game (weather permitting).

Hall Communications Night

Hall Communications with the Big 4 radio stations here in Central Florida will be presenting their annual "Listener Appreciation Night."
