
Florida Tropics' Ricardo De Queiroz Diegues Namedweek Nine Player of the Week

KANSAS CITY (December 29, 2017) - The Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) announced today that Florida's Ricardo De Queiroz Diegues was named the Player of the Week for Week 9. This is the first Player of the Week honor for Diegues and the second this season for the Tropics after Lucas Montelares earned the award in Week 3.
After falling behind 2-0 last week against the Harrisburg Heat, Diegues got the Tropics rolling. He scored the team's first goal and then assisted on three more as Florida pulled away for the win.
The Tropics are on the road this week, travelling to the Midwest to take on the St Louis Ambush. The New Year's Eve match is scheduled to kick off at 3:05 p.m. ET from Family Arena. The game can be seen live on MASLtv, the streaming home of the MASL.
