SAN DIEGO, CA - The ?San Diego Fleet announced an agreement today naming the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF) as the team's "Official Partner" and exclusive non-profit partner benefiting the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) community and its families.

Founded in 2000, the Navy SEAL Foundation serves U.S. Navy SEALs, Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewmen, NSW support personnel and their families.

The San Diego Fleet, whose name was selected as a way of paying homage to the city's strong naval community, comes on board as an Official Partner which guarantees support to the NSF through marketing, charitable promotions, and partnership grants with a minimum $25,000 donation to the NSF.

"We are so proud to partner with the Navy SEAL Foundation as our inaugural charity. This is a perfect tie-in with our brand identity, and we couldn't be more excited to support a non-profit with such a stellar reputation of supporting elite service members and their families," said Fleet President Jeff Garner.

There are seven more games in the Fleet's inaugural season, including three home games at SDCCU Stadium. Tickets can be purchased through several different platforms with some sales benefiting the Fleet's partner charities.

"San Diego is a very important place to the NSW community, and the Fleet's support of our warriors and families means so much," said Robin King, CEO of the Navy SEAL Foundation. "We are beyond excited to establish this Official Partnership with the team. The way that they have embraced our service members and families has been wonderful, and we look forward to Fleet home games for years to come."
