Flash Partner with Watkins Glen International for June 6 Game

ELMA, N.Y. (Tuesday, June 2, 2015) - For the third-consecutive year, the Western New York Flash will be partnering with Watkins Glen International (WGI) for the team's annual "Race Game", which will be held Saturday, June 6 at Sahlen's Stadium when the Flash host top-seeded Chicago Red Stars at 7 p.m. ET.
On the field, the Flash will be wearing limited-edition jerseys, which will feature the WGI logo on the back and the Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen logo on the front. Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen is an annual race at The Glen, sponsored by the Flash's parent company, Sahlen Packing Co.
The game-worn jerseys, which will be autographed postgame, will be raffled off to raise money for Golisano Children's Hospital. Tickets for the raffle will be available for purchase at the Flash Shack from the opening of gates through halftime with winners announced at the 75-minute mark. Tickets will be sold, cash only, for the following prices: 1 for $1, 6 for $5 or 15 for $10. Those who spend $10 or more on raffle tickets will also receive a 20% off coupon for the Flash Shack.
Halftime will feature a "race-themed" event for 50 fans age 8-16. Pre-registration for the halftime is required, and can be secured by completing the form at the link here.
In addition, the first 50 fans that visit and register at the WGI table in the concourse will also receive a free ticket to the upcoming Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen (June 25-28, 2015).
