
Flash Defender Abby Erceg Named to National Team Roster for Brazil Matches

ELMA, N.Y. (Friday, November 13, 2015) - Western New York Flash international Abby Erceg has been named to New Zealand's 19-player roster that will face No. 4 ranked Brazil twice in the coming weeks.
Erceg, 25, was acquired via trade with the Chicago Red Stars on Tuesday. A New Zealand international, Erceg is currently the captain of the Football Ferns where she has totaled 116 caps and five goals.
New Zealand will play two matches against Brazil, first facing the No. 4 team on November 29 in Sao Paulo. The teams will then meet again two days later in Cuiaba.
Fans will be able to see Erceg and the Flash matchup against all nine NWSL opponents next summer and can secure a seat to each match with 2016 season tickets. Season tickets are available by visiting wnyflash.com or calling (717) 655-PLAY.
