
Flash Academy Announces 2015-16 Girls Coaching Staff

ELMA, N.Y. (Monday, July 06, 2015) - The Western New York Flash Academy is excited to announce the girls coaching staff for the 2015-16 youth soccer season.
The coaching staff announcement comes at a time when the Flash Academy has expanded with the addition of several new age groups and Academy team tryouts are just a week away. The interest from players wanting to join the Flash Academy has hit an all-time high, as players from across Western New York will look to showcase their abilities at the Flash Academy tryouts, which run from Monday, July 13 through to Thursday, July 16 at Sahlen Sports Park.
Academy Director of Coaching Daniel Clitnovici was full of praise for the staff that has been assembled.
"Our staff is almost in place. We have carefully gone through many candidates who have applied for coaching positions and we have made the right choices," Clitnovici said. "We are still finalizing some coaching assignments but we will be ready for the new season. Our coaching staff will be committed and very qualified."
Coaches for the 2015-16 girls Flash Academy teams will be as follows:
U08 - Megan Tock
U09 - Lew Potter
U10 - Chris Griffiths
U11 - Alex Sahlen
U12 - Gary Bruce
U13 - Aaran Lines
U14 - Mike Idland
U15 - Henrik Ambarchian
U16 - Henrik Ambarchian
U17 - Daniel Clitnovici
U18 - Lew Potter
The WNY Flash Academy requires coaches to hold United States Soccer Federation licenses and pass state and national regulations. Academy teams will play at the highest levels and will enable players to develop and perform to the best of their abilities.
