(PORT HURON, MICH.) - Dustin Traylen recorded his first shut out victory of the season, as the Port Huron Flags snapped a four game losing streak, beating the Bloomington PrairieThunder, 1-0.

Neither team scored in the first period, despite 13 shots on goal by Port Huron and eight by Bloomington.

The second period looked like more of the same from both teams, until Mike Olynyk scored at 18:42, assisted by Robert Snowball and Greg Bullock. Bloomington outshot Port Huron in the second, 13 to 7.

With an impressive display of defense by the Flags in the third period, none of the PrairieThunder's nine shots were allowed in the net. The Flags recorded 6 shots on goal.

AT&T's 1st, 2nd and 3rd Stars of the Game were awarded to Olynyk, Traylen and Ryan Markham, respectively. The Flags next home game is Wednesday, Nov. 22, against the Kalamazoo Wings, at 7:30 p.m.
