PLAYOFFS!: The Ice registered a 9-1-1 record for the month of February which included an even more impressive 6-1-1 clip on the road. The team began March in similar fashion with a 5-1 victory over Sioux City on Saturday which clinched a playoff berth for the East Division leaders. Overall, Indiana is 20-2-3 at home and 14-6-2 on the road this year and is 21-3-5 in one-goal games. The team enters this week's action on a four-game win streak and is 11-1-1 in their last 13 games overall.

SPRINGFIELD SOLDIER: T.J. Syner became the franchise's all-time leader for hat tricks as he recorded his second three-goal game of the year in Saturday's victory over Sioux City. The forward out of Springfield, MA has recorded seven points (5G, 2A) in his last three games and has five multiple goal games to his credit this year. He is also now tied for second in goals (19) among all Ice players.

WEYMOUTH WIZARD: The season of shattered records continued last weekend as forward Paul Carey became the franchise leader for most goals in a season. He currently has 27 markers on the year which tops Tomas Klempa's 25-goal season in 2004-05. The Weymouth, MA native is riding a three-game goal streak and seven-game point streak which includes six goals and three assists.

WHITE PLAINS WARRIOR: Greg Squires enters the weekend on a ten-game point streak (4G, 9A) and has points in 14 of his last 15 games (6G, 16A). The ten-game stretch is just two of the franchise best mark set by teammate John Kemp earlier this season. The second-year winger out of White Plains, NY is also third in the USHL in points (57) and assists (38).

SIMPLY LAUDABLE: Scott Darling is second in the USHL in wins (24) has won his last four games in net and is 10-1-2 with a 1.87 GAA and a .946 SV% in his last 13 starts between the pipes....Goaltending mate Matt Hoyle turned back 40 of 41 shots in Friday's win at Sioux Falls....Jake Skjodt has six points (G, 5A) in his last three games....John Kemp is second in the USHL in points (58) and first in assists (48) and has six points (2G, 4A) in his last three contests....Defenseman Corey Fienhage made his Ice debut over the weekend and notched a (+3) plus/minus in two games of work....Blueliner Cameron Schilling sported a (+5) plus/minus in both games over the weekend....The Ice has killed off 40 of their opponents' last 43 power plays (93%)...Indy is 21-3-4 when scoring first....The Ice is 15-3-3 against the West Division.
