Albany Firebirds News Release
ALBANY, NY - The Albany Firebirds of arenafootball2 and Time Warner Cable announced today plans to conduct an on-line contest at each home game during the 2009 arenafootball2 season where one fan will win the chance to become the Arm-Chair Coach of the game and coordinate a play call with Head Coach Tony Bowick.
Fans are directed to visit http://www.timewarnercable.com/Albany/about/community/sweepstakes for the chance to win. One entry will be selected for each home Firebirds game at the Times Union Center to receive four front row seats and the opportunity to coordinate one offensive play selection with Albany Firebirds Head Coach Tony Bowick. The deadline to enter each contest will be three days prior to each home game. Fans need only enter the contest once to become eligible for every home game of the 2009 season because with Time Warner Cable, you always get the best seat in the house, and now you can make the call.
The Albany Firebirds first home game is set for April 10th against the Florida Firecats in a 7:00 p.m. kick-off at the Times Union Center. Full and partial season ticket packages are now on sale, for more information please contact the Firebirds at (518) 487-2244 or online at www.albanyfirebirds.com.
