The Mud Hens will wrap up the home portion of the schedule with a two game series against the Columbus Clippers on Thursday, September 3 and Friday, September 4! Quick Change will be at Fifth Third Field on Thursday!
Toledo Mud Hens Promotions for September 3-4
Thursday, September 3 (Columbus, 1st Pitch at 6:30 PM - Gates open at 5:30) - The Hens host the Columbus Clippers in the final two home games of the season. The first 2,500 people through the gate will receive a first-of-its-kind 'Chia Bobblehead' of Mud Hens award-winning groundskeeper Jake Tyler. The bobblehead comes with a seed packet and fans can actually grow grass along the doll's base! One of the most popular acts from 2008 is back at Fifth Third Field...it's Quick Change! The dynamic duo will bring their unique form of magic to Toledo. There will also be post-game fireworks. The contest between the Hens and the Clippers can be heard on Fox Sports Radio 1230, WCWA and seen live on BCSN.
Friday, September 4 (Columbus, 1st Pitch 7:00 PM - Gates open at 5:30) - The Hens host the Indians to wrap up the home portion of the schedule. Walleye head coach Nick Vitucci will be signing autographs from 5:30-6:30, and will throw out a ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. Eight new Walleye players will be formally introduced before the game and will be signing autographs in the concourse from 7-7:45. The first 2,000 people through the gate will receive Walleye soft pucks. There will also be post-game fireworks. The contest between the Hens and the Clippers can be heard live on Fox Sports Radio 1230, WCWA and seen live on BCSN.
