Tri-Cities Fever News Release
The Tri-Cities Fever Ownership and Management have decided to not renew the Head Coaching contract of Cedric Walker for the 2009 season.
The Fever organization made the decision to move in a new direction after the team's performance during the 2008 season. Our goal is to provide the Tri-Cities Fever fans a more competitive product on the field in the future.
Tri-Cities Fever organization would like to thank Cedric Walker for all of his time and efforts put into the franchise and wish him the best of luck in the future.
At this time, there is no immediate replacement for the Head Coaching job and the Tri-Cities Fever will be conducting interviews over the next month to fill the position. The Fever will be looking to fill the position no later then the end of August 2008.
