February 6th Game Rescheduled In Milwaukee For March 17th

February 16, 2010 - Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL)
Philadelphia KiXX News Release

Philadelphia (Tuesday, February 16, 2010) - Recent snow storms in the City of Brotherly Love have forced the Philadelphia KiXX to reschedule a pair of contests, and the team announced today that its postponed February 6th match with the Wave has been moved to Milwaukee on Wednesday, March 17th. A road game with the Baltimore Blast has also been moved to Saturday, March 13th, after recent storms severely limited traffic access around the Tri-City.

"We worked diligently with the Liacouras Center to find an alternate date to reschedule the match with Milwaukee," KiXX Vice President Darcee' Roberts said. "Due to the heavy volume of events at the arena, there were no weekend alternatives."

The KiXX have six remaining home games this season at the Liacouras Center, and tickets for those remaining matches can be purchased now at www.ComcastTix.com or by calling 1-888-888-KiXX. Fans with tickets to the February 6th match can exchange them for any of the remaining KiXX home matches.

The next game action for the KiXX will be this Saturday, February 20th, when the team hosts La Raza de Monterrey at 7:05 p.m. The first 500 fans (18 and older) to come through the gates on Saturday will also be treated to a free KiXX Dance Team calendar. Immediately following the match, the players' game worn jerseys will be auctioned off with proceeds benefiting the Children's Miracle Network at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
