
FC Tucson Signs Goalkeeper Rafael Guerrero for the 2019 Season

TUCSON, Ariz. - FC Tucson announced today it had signed goalkeeper Rafael Guerrero for the 2019 USL League One season pending league and federation approval. Per club policy, the details of the contract will not be released.
"I am so grateful for the incredible opportunity to sign with FC Tucson," Guerrero said. "As a kid being born and raised throughout the Tucson soccer community, I'm very proud to have the chance to be back home and play the sport that I love. I thank Coach Sawatzky as well as all of my youth coaches for developing and believing in me."
Guerrero most recently played for Crossfire Premier Developmental Academy in Redmond, Washington. Prior to that, the 17-year-old goalkeeper spent time in the Real Salt Lake Development Academy, logging 17 career starts.
With the addition of Guerrero, FC Tucson's roster now stands at 23 players for the 2019 USL League One season.
