Experienced duo to host radio show
August 1, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA) News Release
Indianapolis, IN. The new ABA radio show to be broadcast each Saturday afternoon at 3pm EST will be hosted by veterans Jason Dozier and Robby Kendall. Dozier, the founder of Audio Sports Online.com began his broadcasting career in 1989 at radio station WXLW in Indianapolis and produced the daily drivetime sportstalk call-in show. It was later moved to WKLU-FM in Indianapolis. In 1996, Dozier became General Operations Manager of WGCQ-FM in Naples Florida prior to starting Audio Sports Online.com, a website that has hosted thousands of live sports events. The co-host will be Robby Kendall, an air personality at WKLU 101.9 FM in Indianapolis. Robby is known for his unique blend of humor and observation about the city of Indianapolis. Prior to that, he spent five years in sports broadcasting and has worked with the AAA Indianapolis Indians baseball team and Butler University football - and has done play-by-play on hundreds of high school baseball, basketball and football teams. According to Kendall, "Jason and I are very familiar with the ABA; this is a league of character and characters - it is definitely fan friendly and fun - with a great emphasis on community and youth as well as exciting basketball. We will try to capture every element of the ABA in this program. It will be new and unique every week."

Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
