
Evan Moore Commits to Robert Morris University

Sioux Falls, SD-The Sioux Falls Stampede announced today that defenseman Evan Moore has committed Robert Morris University for the upcoming 2012-13 season. He becomes the 9th player from the 2011-12 season to commit to a Division I program.
In his first season with the Stampede, Moore posted seven points (1g, 6a) in 55 games. The Grosse Pointe, Michigan native tallied 36 penalty minutes and 48 shots on goal during the season. Prior to joining the Stampede, Moore skated with Green Mountain in the Eastern Junior Hockey League (EJHL).
Robert Morris University is located in Moon Township, Pennsylvania and has an enrollment of 5,000 students. The Colonials are members of the Atlantic Hockey Conference and finished last season with a 17-17-5 record.
