PHOENIX - Football fans and players know that there's something special about taking the field on a Monday night in front of a national audience. That'll be the scene this Monday night June 11 in Phoenix as the Arizona Rattlers host the Los Angeles Avengers at 7 p.m. from the U.S. Airways Center.
For those who can't handle the intensity of the Snake Pit - or simply live out of state - the game will be broadcast across the country on ESPN2 as part of the network's Russell Athletic AFL on ESPN weekly coverage.
Mark Jones and Merril Hoge will provide play-by-play and color analysis of the game, which features a hungry Rattlers team out to spoil the Avengers' playoff hopes and "avenge" a Week 6 loss at the STAPLES Center.
The game can also be seen on ESPN360.com and heard on SIRIUS Satellite Radio (Ch. 119) and locally on ESPN Radio 620-AM KMVP.
