Good day! Energy FC continue their preseason with a friendly match against Southern Methodist University (SMU) tomorrow at 3 p.m. at John Crain Field on the campus of the University of Oklahoma.

WHAT: Preseason match
WHEN: Saturday, February 17 3 p.m.
WHERE: OU Soccer Complex
WHY: Energy FC host their first preseason match of the season.
The Greens are playing the men's soccer team from Southern Methodist University. The Mustangs are among the best teams in the region. They finished the 2017 campaign ranked #8 in the United Soccer Coaches' Poll, won the American Athletic Conference Regular Season and Tournament titles and advanced to the third round of the NCAA Tournament.
Energy FC co-owner Tim McLaughlin's son Garrett is among the best players on their team. Last season, Garrett led the team in scoring with 14 goals and 31 points. Freshman defender Joshua Berney is also a native of Oklahoma City and alumnus of McGuiness High School.
The match is open to the public and free to attend.
