Edge Announce Full Training Camp Roster

St. John's, NL - The St. John's Edge have finalized their training camp roster and will bring a total of 15 players to St. John's. Training camp will begin on Friday December 6th with practices being held at the PowerPlex and Holy Heart High School throughout preseason.

An intersquad scrimmage is slated for Wednesday December 11th, to be held at Holy Heart High School. The lone exhibition game of the pre-season will be held on Sunday December 15th vs the Moncton Magic. Tip off for the exhibition game is set for 2:00pm and tickets are available now at the Mile One Centre Box Office.

The Edge bring back two returners from last season's team that made it to the NBLC Finals in Murphy Burnatowski and Junior Cadougan. Also joining the Edge roster this season are NBLC veteran, Tyrone Watson and St. John's native Noel Moffatt. In total, the Edge will bring in 10 imports and 5 Canadians to compete for the 12-man final roster which will be finalized after the exhibition game on December 15th.

Head Coach Steve Marcus on the training camp roster: "I am thrilled with the 15 men we are bringing into camp. We worked tirelessly this off season to find a blend of individuals who fit what we are building here in St. John's both on and off the court. We look forward to having an extremely competitive training camp."
