
ECHL Announces Fine, Suspension

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Wednesday announced that Toledo's A.J. Jenks has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Playoff Game #I-3, Toledo at Fort Wayne, on May 5.
Jenks is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline as a result of an unpenalized hit delivered at 18:38 of the second period.
Jenks will miss Toledo's playoff game at Fort Wayne on May 7.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
