Cowlitz Black Bears News Release
If you're a season ticket holder from 2019, you can now claim your tickets for 2020! We've conveniently placed your tickets on hold in your TicketReturn account.
Claim your tickets and pay for them securely online. If you haven't set up your account, follow the instructions below. If you prefer, feel free to email, call, or stop by the office Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.

Here's how it works:
2019 season ticket holders are eligible for renewal at "Early Bear" pricing through October 31. You must renew by this date to keep your price from last season!
Current season ticket prices will increase to the new 2020 rates on November 1.
All tickets not renewed by November 30 will be dropped from accounts for general season ticket sales.
General season ticket sales begin at 2020 rates on December 5, 2019.
INSTRUCTIONS TO RENEW YOUR SEASON TICKETS
-Go to TicketReturn.com and login to your Black Bears account using credentials you have already set up. If you have NOT set up your account, start with "Help Me Find my Account". Follow the prompts and use this PIN to verify your account.
-Once logged on, there will be a link at the top of the page "You currently have tickets that have been reserved for you (on hold) by the box office..." If you do not see this message, please call us.
-Click the link to be taken to your season tickets ready for renewal.
-When the Ticket On Hold page appears, select the tickets you are ready to purchase and click the "Confirm Selected Packages" button. If you wish to add or relocate your seats, please finish this process, then contact Kevin Taylor by email at ktaylor@cowlitzblackbears.com. This process will take place September 10 through October 31, 2019.
-Confirm the seats you are renewing. Click "Continue."
-Confirm and update all account information, enter your payment information and click "Pay Now". This is the most secure method to purchase your tickets.
-The next page will display your purchase confirmation. If you have included an email on your account, you will receive an email confirmation for the transaction.
-Clink the link for an on-screen receipt that you can print.
Renew Season Tickets
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets will be distributed in early May, 2020. We will confirm ticket delivery methods this winter. Possible delivery methods for next season may include printed tickets, mobile entry, and season ticket cards.
FAQ's
Can I purchase additional season tickets?
Yes! Please inquire at the main office prior to November 30 to check available seats. Additional season tickets will be purchased at the new 2020 ticket rates.
Am I able to move my current seats?
Based on availability, we will work with you to relocate your seats from November 30 to December 5. Please ensure you have renewed your tickets to take advantage of what's available!
I'm not getting emails from the box office. What should I do?
First make sure your email is correct with the box office. Also, be sure to add all Cowlitz Black Bears emails to your contacts so they are not filtered to your spam or junk folders. Another quick way to resubmit your email is to text BLACKBEARS to 22828.
