Eastern division teams agree to tweak 2007-08 schedule

BOUCHERVILLE, Monday, March 12, 2007 - Following discussions with Eastern division clubs over the week-end, the Commissioner of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Gilles Courteau, agreed to make a few minor adjustments to the 2007-08 regular season schedule.

As such, the number of games played next year between the Saint John Sea Dogs and the Lewiston MAINEiacs as well as between the St. John's Fog Devils and the Halifax Mooseheads will be reduced from 10 to 8. Moreover, the number of games played between the Halifax Mooseheads and the Lewiston MAINEiacs as well as between the Saint John Sea Dogs and the St. John's Fog Devils will rise from 6 to 8.
