Eagles Game Time Tonight Moved to 7:45 pm
June 14, 2013 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Charlotte Eagles News Release
Charlotte, NC - Tonight's match between the Chicago Fire Reserves of Major League Soccer and the Charlotte Eagles has been moved to 7:45 pm. The change is necessary because the Chicago Fire-Columbus Crew Lamar Hunt US Open Cup game on Wednesday was postponed due to weather in Chicago. The game was played at noon on Thursday. The Thursday game made it necessary to change plane flights to Friday.
The Chicago Fire won the Open Cup game 2-1 to advance to the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup Quarterfinals to take on USL PRO side Orlando City SC.
Tickets are still available for tonight's match. You can purchase tickets at the gate. Gates will still open at 6:00 pm at Queens Sports Complex.
Fans are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets to take advantage of the grassy berm sections of the stadium.
