
Dynamo Visit Impact Tonight in Key Eastern Conference Matchup

HOUSTON - The Houston Dynamo will face the Montreal Impact at 7 p.m. CT tonight at Stade Saputo in Montreal for a key Eastern Conference meeting. Tonight's game is Houston's third consecutive road game in MLS play and ends a stretch of six road contests out of nine in league play.
Tonight's game will be broadcast live on CSN Plus, with the pregame show beginning at 6:30 p.m. The game can be heard on Yahoo Sports Radio 1560 AM and La Ranchera 850 AM (Spanish).
The Dynamo (6-4-4; 22 points) are tied for third place in the Eastern Conference with two other clubs while the Impact (8-3-2; 26 points) are in first place in the conference.
Tonight is Houston's first MLS game since a 1-1 draw at Columbus on June 1. The Impact also faced Columbus in their last game and were defeated, 2-0, on Saturday.
Montreal is led by Italian forward Marco Di Vaio, who has a team-high nine goals, second most in MLS. The Impact also features Italian defender and 2006 World Cup winner Alessandro Nesta and midfielders Patrice Bernier and Justin Mapp (four assists each).
The clubs will meet two more times this season, with a return trip to Montreal on Aug. 24 and a match in Houston on Oct. 4.
The Dynamo return home on Saturday to host Toronto FC at 8 p.m. CT at BBVA Compass Stadium in a game presented by Snapple. Tickets are still available at www.HoustonDynamo.com or by calling 713-276-GOAL.
