
Dynamo Announce 2013 Preseason Schedule

HOUSTON, TX (Friday, December 14, 2012) -- The Houston Dynamo announced their 2013 preseason schedule today, with training sessions beginning on Monday, January 21. The schedule is tentative and subject to change.
During preseason, the Dynamo will train and play friendlies in Tucson, Ariz., from January 29 - February 2. The Arizona trip will include games against the Vancouver Whitecaps, Colorado Rapids and San Jose Earthquakes. All matches will be played at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson.
In addition to the friendlies in Arizona, the Dynamo will travel to Charleston, S.C., to participate in the Carolina Challenge Cup. The Dynamo have a 4-0-2 record all-time in the preseason tournament, having won the Cup in 2006 and 2007. Rounding out the Carolina Challenge Cup field are MLS sides Chicago Fire and Vancouver Whitecaps and USL Pro and host club Charleston Battery.
The Dynamo will open preseason with a scrimmage against the Dynamo Academy, presented by Statoil, on Thursday, Jan. 24. Other games against local-area clubs will be announced at a later date. All home matches and Houston-based training sessions will take place at the Houston Amateur Sports Park.

2013 Houston Dynamo full season ticket packages are on sale now for as low as $400, with partial season ticket packages starting at $115. In addition, the Dynamo are offering a new Family Season Ticket Package for the 2013 season. For every full price adult season ticket purchased for $400, you can purchase an additional season ticket for a child 10 years or younger for just $200, located in the Texas Children's Health Plan Family Section.
